B A S I C   S T E P S   T O   A P P L Y
1. September - March -- Parent Observation
In September, the waiting list for the following Fall is started. We maintain our waiting list in chronological order, one year prior to your child's enrollment. A family who calls in September will have priority over one who calls in February. Once a parent calls in, an information packet is sent out. Parent observation visits are scheduled for October through March. Click here for information about touring our school. After an observation visit, parents may submit an application for enrollment and a wait list is compiled.

2. February - May -- Parent/Child Visit
Current families submit enrollment requests for the following Fall. Sibling requests are put onto schedule. Sibling families have priority. Families, who have submitted applications and who are on the wait list, are invited for a parent/child visit, if the school has an anticipated opening. Enrollment is balanced by age, sex and reflects all ethnic, racial and economic segments of the community. Due to the numbers of interested families, we are only able to offer one visit per family. Once openings are determined, families will be notified and have 48 hours to decide whether or not to accept. First month's tuition and fees are required to secure a space.

3. May -- Enrollment Packet Mailed
First months fees are due. An enrollment packet is mailed out. Notices are mailed out to families for whom an opening is not available. These families remain on our waiting list if they request to do so.

4. End of August -- Welcome Day
New students and their parents are invited to an hour and a half welcoming day at the school.
